Charitable Donations
Cynsar Foundation is a non-profit organization. We do not sell any products or services. All funds we receive are charitable donations intended to support our mission of helping weavers, artisans, and preserving traditional handloom arts.
Donation Refund Requests
As donations are voluntary contributions to support our charitable work, they are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can occur. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction.
Eligible Refund Circumstances
We may consider refund requests in the following situations:
- Duplicate donations made by mistake
- Incorrect donation amounts due to technical errors
- Unauthorized transactions (with appropriate verification)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at contact@cynsar.foundation with the following information:
- Your full name and contact information
- Date and amount of the donation
- Reason for the refund request
- Transaction ID or receipt (if available)
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the donation.
